Do I need to register to make booking?
It is not required to register to buy tickets online.
Are alcohol and/or smoking allowed on board?
Smoking is not allowed. Policies on alcohol vary from operator to operator. We cannot guarantee if you can take alcohol in the bus.
What if my bus has a breakdown?
All operators we work with have enough buses to rescue you when such occasion happens but waiting time can be longer based on location you are.
What is the booking process?
Once you have selected a bus/ cab/ you want to travel with, buy your seat. You will be in contact with our booking staff (if need arise) in the process of your bus ticket via e-mail.
What type of deposit is required?
We are an agent that provides travel services to you and one of condition that operators require you to accomplish is to pay for a full amount mentioned on the page when booking to secure your seat and avoid cancellation. If you have any question regarding this please contact us.
What is the refund policy?
A full amount paid will be refunded if there will be any amendment made by operator which cause you not to travel on the date you expected after all effort of changing your bus/vessel to another operator failed. No any amount will be refunded to any delayed traveler or no show
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit or debit cards such as Visa, Master card, American express etc.
How do you handle change of plans?
Generally, we can accommodate just about any changes to your trip if given notice. When changes involve postponing your trip, our staffs will re-communicate with bus operators and inform them about changes. You will use a same bus company you booked before or we may change it based on booking a bus has. However, if the process will involve additional charge, a customer will be responsible for the payments.
Will there be any toilet break along the journey?
The express bus will normally stop for 15 min for toilet break. If you have urgent matters, kindly inform the bus driver.
Does the owner of the credit card, with which the ticket is purchased, need to be one of the passengers?
No. A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily his own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket(s) is/are booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the ticket) at the time of boarding the bus.
I have found that I made the same booking twice, will there be any refund?
Yes, we will refund to you if you made the same booking twice. But you must email us the booking details at least 24 hours before actual departure date/time.
How will you refund?
We will refund to your paid credit card. The refunded amount will be reflected in your next credit card bill.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes, you just need to print out the e-receipt and anyone with the e-receipt can collect from the counter.
Can I cancel my booking?
All bookings are non-refundable / non-cancellable.
Can I change my booking?
You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for the change of booking. Change request must be sent to us at least 7 days before the schedule departure time.
